  The staff are friendly enough and any negative comments are to management and the company itself. It is up to the managers to manage their employees, so that they do not stand around chatting when there are customers waiting to be served. It is up to the company itself to make sure that special "bonus item with this purchase " advertised on the net does show on the store computer. Customers do not like to get called liars or even to imply that they are lying and have to prove it by accessing the website on their phone. As online customers get higher discounts, I did that, and was supposed to be $200 cash back, which never arrived So the second time I asked the staff for help with navigating their online store, and they were not interested at all The staff have no interest on matching the online sale price. Well, I got tired after all that and went across the road to Harvey Norman and found an employee who wanted to make the sale and bettered The Good Guys price.

  Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of appliances to choose from at reasonable prices.

  went into good guy store this morning to purchase 2 x 65 inch tvs not a customer in sight a guy was on the computer 3 ft away from me and a lady whom im guessing was from the service desk passed me going out to the back and then came back all the while the guy on the computer still ignored me then another worker came up and spoke to the guy on the computer also ignoring me well what a disgrace if yopur store can afford to lose all that money in one sale good for you this customer you have lost

  They're my favorite store, mainly because of the staff, i absolutely love the shopping experience, it makes my day, big shout out to Tanya and Trish and all the other staff members at the mildura
