    Very rude staff at the Mile end store, I was waiting to be served on Sunday the 11th of Feb 2018 afternoon and I saw an opening so I walk up to the counter, the Checkout girl turns her head and walks off and after about 15 seconds I say to her, can I be served please and she responds with a scolding about how there's a sign over there and I need to line up over there. I was the only person in line so I said to her how about I don't buy this item and I walked off and I could hear in the background she said fine don't buy the item. Very poor customer service, if you dont like your job then get out of the way and give it to someone that enjoys it. The Good Guys your service is poor, I won't be back and I was a regular customer.

    Extremely poor customer service Waited in line for approx 5 minutes while 4 staff members stood around talking to each other. One even standing there scratching his back with a pen. Several times I and the person behind me where just stared at by staff. I understand that you have more to do than “just serve customers” but it would have been nice if someone had just said a quick “be there in a minute” Once someone actually came to serve me he acted like I was inconveniencing him and just took my product to the other side of the counter without another word handing me my receipt once I paid.

    Went into the Mile End store early this week looking to buy a laptop, I received great service/advice from a staff member and was taken through prices and options re different brands. As it was a big purchase (to me) I went away and thought about it - I returned to the store this afternoon and spoke to the same helpful staff member I had previously seen. When it came time to purchase the laptop it was brought to my attention that the wrong ticket had been placed on the item I wished to purchase (the wrong ticket had remained on the laptop for the entire week). Two senior management staff members refused to honour the price I had been advised on. Perhaps the senior staff members should take it upon themselves to check sale tickets in the future!!! Extremely disappointed at the customer service I received - hence I will not return to Mile End Good Guys again and would advise others not too.

    Called into this large store looking for a coffee machine. The sales person Explained all the different types of machines. Ended up making a very good coffee which I enjoyed. Settled on a model that I felt would be what I need. The whole transaction was easy, and comfortable to handle. Most impressed will call again.

    They either did not have enough staff or not enough knowledgeable staff because when I asked for someone to help me about a product three of their people were standing there arguing with each other that "why don't you show him?" Or telling me "you will have to wait" which I was doing already and had no complaint because I know sometimes it takes time. Anyways... After passing me to each other for a while one of them said to the other "I'm not trained about these products" and the other one said "wait here and I'll train you!" in a manner not at all suitable in front of a customer. So the other one left - not happy at all. Then another one came and very rudely started explaining about the product very quickly which made me uneasy. Telling me "if you don't like such and such, don't buy such". Why, reading my mind! So I had to let him go and see to another customer. (He explained that he has to go though). I didn't ask for this, I was happily waiting from the start, so why put pressure on me? After all I got out of the shop very disappointed and with a feeling of complete waste of time with some impolite people. What a great business you have "Good" Guys! What a shame that technology does not let me give you zero star or rather -5 (minus five) stars.
