::Went in to get a milk frother and left with a nespresso which comes with the frother! The awesome nespresso rep (Claire) was so knowledgeable and made me a fantastic coffee to enjoy while she talked me through their products. She didn't try to talk me into anything out of my price range or sell me anything I didn't need. The machine is great and we even got a $40 coffee credit with it! Very happy with the machine and would definitely recommend the staff at the good guys as well as Claire the Nespresso rep.

::Great new location with ample parking. Was exceptionally well looked after by Barry who had a vast knowledge a variety of products across the Good Guys range. No fuss.... no BS... not trying to sell you something you don't want.... to the point and signed sealed and (waiting on) delivery in no time at all! Good to see customer service is not dead!
