  Love The Pilates Space! Talia and her team are amazing instructors and definitely know how to motivate and help you push past your limits! I am using muscles I never knew I had and it’s great to see first results. The classes are very personalised, dynamic and different every time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!! Can't wait to start the 6 weeks Pilates challenge in May

  I have been attending The Pilates Space studio since its opening date and have been regularly taking 3 classes per week. Not only is it an extremely pleasant place for a workout, the instructors are brilliant, patient and knowledgeable. I can safely say that my body has never felt better. My general shoulder and neck pain that is usually present from working a 9-5 desk job has all but disappeared. On top of this, the visual changes in my body have astounded me. Years in the gym have not compared to the physical changes I have witnessed in the past 3 months. I stand straighter, my core is strong and my legs feel lengthened! My friends and family are probably sick of hearing me preach about The Pilates Space... but I don't mind, it has honestly changed my life. Thank you Talia and Crew, you are doing an amazing job!

  The environment was lovely the music fabulous, the toned, taut and terrific Renee : amazing. Knowledgeable, tough as nails and an amazing work out. Thank you pilates space for looking after my body!

  Such a fabulous experience at The Pilates Space Newcastle! I had never tried Pilates reformer before so I was a little apprehensive about joining but on my first visit Talia and Renee were so welcoming and helpful! It's such a lovely studio, I can't wait to go back for my next session 😊
