  Edit: I can’t give them 0 stars, silly google, my roots have only gotten more orange, my hair is blonde and when I went in to see if they could fix it two ladies argued with me, and told me if I wanted anything done I’d need to book in again which is fair enough but pay again also which no. I paid for a service that has only made me hate my hair more! After discussing that the reason I got foils was to not hate my regrowth but that I still do anyway so I just want it fully done the one colour and will just get it redyed more, my roots weren’t made the same colour as the rest of my head, because it was the lightest you can do without bleach, but I thought we were using bleach as i made a comment about how it’s cool that we figured out how to use bleach on hair but also like toilets and stuff. I don’t know a whole lot about hair and I can’t see like at all without my glasses on so I usually trust the hairdresser to do what I ask or tell me before if we can’t so we can talk about it. Why can’t I find a hair salon in Brisbane I like?

  Although I have only visited this place once for a facial, it was a very pleasant experience. Great atmosphere and the facial was exquisite.

  Went here due to the good reviews I read. Did a deep cleansing here last week. Procedure itself went off fine but found the therapist to have a bad attitude and had a very cold unfriendly demeanor like the procedure was a real bother to her. Possibly she had an off/bad day or I was last customer and she just wanted to go home although I don't find either excuse good enough to be rude to customers. Hopefully it's a rare once off for this otherwise we'll reviewed place

  Fantastic atmosphere. Felt luxurious. Had a cut and blow wave reasonable price. Pleased with my hair. Must do a day spa here one day with a friend.
