::DO NOT even consider getting your courier delivered here please. The owner was extremely arrogant and treated me like I went there to steal my own courier - I know right! He interrogated me for 10-15 minutes before giving my courier (although I had delivery email and photo ID) If you have the slightest self respect, stay away from this place.

::The owner is extremely rude. I was asking him nicely and he was just being rude for no reason. I am not sure why he is like that. If he does like to offer pick up for delivery why can't he remove his store from pick up location? I came to know that he is rude not just with me but many others when I checked his store google reviews online.

::The man who I assume runs this business provides a parcel pickup service that he is incapable of providing without being incredibly rude and unhelpful. Despite having ID and being the only person in the store when I went to pick up my parcels, he dismissed me and ignored me for what he called paying customers who subsequently came in. When I asked him to serve me he explained at length that I should appreciate that he even provides this service given that it is free of charge. Unbelievably rude attitude. I would strongly suggest you avoid using any service he claims to offer.

::Beware if there is an old man manning the shop (David). He treated my Mum and I very rudely. Offered minimal help in our queries about our parcel collection. Told my Mum to get out of the shop if not he wouldn't release the parcel. Told me that if I don't stop talking he won't give me my parcel. Threatened to send the parcel back to the Courier just because he wasn't in the mood. I am in the service industry, and this is the worst customer service I have experienced. Disgusting, and an absolute turn-off. Will not recommend this place, neither am I ever going to patronize this place.
