::Efficient and friendly. The car was in great condition. If anything, I would have liked to have the office open after midday, so that I could have returned the car in the evening rather than next morning. However it's no big deal.

::The staff that served me was friendly and patiently explained everything I need to know on renting the vehicle before I took the keys. She was also helpful in noting down minor damages on the car before I collect the car and drove off. Returning of the vehicle was also easy, and the deposit was returned to me within 2 working days.
