  Probably one of the best seafood places I've been to. Really great fish and chips at a fairly decent price. The chips are what I would consider one of if not the best chips I have ever had from a fish and chip joint. Always the perfect crisp and perfect amount of chicken salt

  Waited 15 minutes inside the store, and a further 15 minutes outside on the chair waiting for an order that was finished in the first 5 minutes of my arrival. When I finally asked where the order was, they said they didn’t know I was there and that I had to tell them I had arrived despite having stood inside the store and staring at the staff and making it painfully obvious I was ready to pick up the food. Asked for chips to be separate from fish for gluten intolerance reasons and they put the fish on top of the chips. Didn’t refund or redo the chips (now poisoned with gluten) because they were closing shop. No apologies. Worst customer service I have seen in a very long time.

  Says they open until 8.30pm. However I turned up at 7.45pm and they said they had turned the grill off and couldn’t cook me any grilled fish. Very disappointed as usually the food is good. Ended up going to ‘a salt and battery’ on Hawken Drive where the service is much better.

  Probably the best fish & chip shop I've ever had the pleasure of ordering from. The chips in particular are just awesome. Always fresh and cooked well, and the portions are fantastic. Great value for money. Been ordering from here at least once a week since I moved to the local area 6 months ago. Would definitely recommend.
