  Walked into the store and no greeting at all, I had to initiate a hello. Had no help in choosing sizes, it wasn't until I made it very clear I needed help was it they stopped talking amongst themselves that they started offering. In a place where you spend so much money - the customer service is so poor I wouldn't even give this place a star. We continued to buy a few shirts, if we had another store close we would of bought it from there. Better, more friendly customer service wouldn't hurt.
