  Was told it will only take 30mins to 1 hr for tthe air bag replacement and wasn't worth them dropping me home. 2 and a half hours of waiting in the lobby the car was done and there was a red dust all over the passenger side

  Excellent service by Trevor when purchasing a used car. He was polite, courteous and helpful, without being over the top. Jack did a great job at looking after us at delivery time. Overall experience was really good.

  Absolutely fantastic service from Trevor. My wife & I arrived at 5:30 on Friday afternoon to look at a car. No issues at all with asking for a test drive that late in the day. Went back on Saturday to finalise the deal. Super happy with the service I received.

  We are currently dealing with this dealership and had to go in there today with an issue in regards to our car, not one that was bought from them but another dealership. We are currently waiting for our brand new car from this dealership and I couldn't have been looked after as well as I had today. Jack is our salesman and he bent over backwards to fix an issue that I really appreciated as I am grieving for a loss of a family member who just past on Saturday. I even met Janelle the Dealer Principal and between the two of them they set my mind at ease. I am left with no doubt that there is no problem/issue that this dealership could not overcome. I am so glad that I will be getting our new car from them. I would have to say, if you live on the outer Northern Suburbs of Brisbane and want to buy a Ford then this is the dealership to go to.

  It was a long process choosing the right car for me and I couldn't be happier I went through Torque Ford. Super happy with the service I have been provided by Jack! He was fantastic, very parient, showed amazing people and sales skills. He was honest and not pushy, showed me what I wanted and gave me the option for extras without feeling like I had no choice in the matter. Definitely give them a go, you won't be disappointed with the staff or product!
