  Absolutely appalled at the cost of the school uniforms and the quality is also in question. I mean seriously $72 for a plain blue hoodie with a little bit of embroidery, I could buy a big brand name jumper for that and with cost of living going up all the time and the salary not following there are struggling families out there and to fit out a child or children becomes ridiculous.

  Waited for ages to get service even though an appointment was made. Nothing in stock and everything on backorder. Told blazers are not needed in Term 1 anyway (ordered in early December it's now late January). Not good enough. Surely stock should be plentiful at this time of year as the store would expect it to be busy. Clearly pre-planning for the back to school rush is non-existent. Staff were friendly and helpful but they need more of them during busy periods. Cannot get through on the phone and messages are not returned.

  Very expensive for products that are not very well made. Almost always out of stock on some items and have to get it on backorder. But the staff are nice.
