  Central location in Nerang and nearby the mountain bike trails is the reason for choosing this accommodation. The standard family room consisted of two single beds and a double. Basic microwave, 46" LCD TV, desk, bar fridge, closet, desk, small table with 4 chairs. Air conditioning provided by a simple wall unit that's a bit noisier than a split system. Bathroom is modern and we'll appointed. Beds are okay. I'd say this particular room was renovated in the last couple of years. I didn't make use of the restaurant. WiFi is a tad slow but not bad.

  This is our second times stay that motel, location not too handy ,which I don't mind. But First time stay is OK, This time Service so.. rude, special that old women (motel manager)she not a friendly person at all,My personal never will stay this motel again.That old women definitely will make that motel business down, I'm on holiday with (my family from Oversea) just only want to enjoy, don't have to put up with that old women said things nasty, and bad face etc... to us... (Which up sad us whole times and we cannot wait for check out)everyone if u like to enjoy your holiday ,plenty of motel at gold coast for choose. Thankyou

  Overcharged on credit card. They made an unauthorized transaction on my credit card for $150 & have rudely refused to refund my money. When challenged they claim it was for smoking, I am a non smoker, never smoked & my room had a strong smell of cigarettes on check in. Do not give this business your credit card details !!!!

  Very clean rooms quiet great value great air conditioning perfect for day sleep to u drive for living big rooms quiet clean big smart TV updated showers 5 stars from me?? Just read other reviews people running it normal middle age couple not rude I don't think sheets smell like smoke u have smoke down stairs no not even on balcony clean quite rooms great value great TV modern bathroom what else u want want more go 5 star good honest value u want my opinion

  We have stayed twice in the family accommodation. Both times we found the rooms to be modern and practical. Most importantly the room was so clean and welcoming.
