  Will NEVER reccomend Traditional Tiles to anyone! The service was good until the purchase was complete, when we made a complaint and advised we wanted it to be looked in to. They have become very uninterested and would not return my phone calls. I went into the store, only to be told by the guy they are busy and didnt think we were in a rush to have our scratched tiles looked at. At first we thought that was just how gloss tiles were, but traditional tiles have assured me they are the toughest brand and you can walk on them with boots on. I have never seen a tile scratch so easily! As soon as we realised how easy they scratched we have never worn shoes in the house and put floor protectors on everything and vacuum the floor daily to avoid it getting worse however it is and we have lived in it for 2 months! A brand new house with tiles that scratch from everyday wear.. couldnt be more disappointed! I really wish I had of read all these reviews before using this company! I will ensure anyone I know does NOT use traditional tiles ever!

  I WISH I had read these reviews before I bought from them. The owner, Darren (I think), was arrogant, unhelpful, egotistical, rude and very uncooperative. Like others have said here, we had problems with delivery times. When they arrived we found some tiles broken, and when I saw him about it, he dismissively told me they were broken from the supplier so it was not his responsibility! I couldn't believe it. When other tiles weren't delivered on time he said it was the supplier. Apparently Darren has had big problems with this supplier and said he was not going to use them again. Naively, I believed him, but now I know it was rubbish. Again making excuses to keep people off his back. He's obviously NOT interested in customer service. I have no doubt that he's reading these reviews but just doesn't care. I'm not happy with the fact that I can't post this review without giving a star. He deserves NOTHING. Having said all this, the assistant, Donna, was wonderful. She always tried her best and kept me informed as much as she could. Her demeanor was pleasant and it was a true delight to be served by her. The owner could learn a lot from her about customer service. If it was just her I had to deal with, I'd go there again and recommend it to others. As it stands - no chance. Darren, when you read this, as I know you will, pull your head in and do something about it. If you don't, you'll end up closing the business. Your choice.

  Disorganised, tiles were to big for its pallot and stacked in a bad way. approx 5m2 Tiles were brocken. Emailed phoned called no answer.

  Never recommend this business!!! Firstly ordered us the wrong tiles . Then with no apology and having to reorder tiles that we had to wait 6 weeks for with constant phone calls to them to chase the up with telling us they would call us back . But NEVER DO. then when they finally arived we rang and were told they were not there but the were!!!! No communication . Within their staff. But still all we got was excuses. Then when i came to pick them up the owner dropped a box of tiles. Then was not going to compensate. Just wanted to order more tiles grrrrrr. When i said i wanted a discount for the box he dropped .....more excuses telling me it was not his fault . Not a nice man ..to be polite. Never use this business. Absolute crap customer services. From a awful man.

  They over promise, take your money and then under deliver on service, product, and supply. The owner seems constantly stressed and treats his customers with total disdain. They never reply to emails or return calls. They lie about expected delivery dates and then blame the customer for being unreasonable. There are no apologies, or attempts to correct their failures; just verbal insults until you walk out of the store. Incredible!!! This is easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you place an order with these incompetent crooks you will regret it - guaranteed.
