::Doggy place, I went to exchange currency and knew the rates as I checked online, they offered about 55$ less than what actual rate was when I asked why are you paying low exchange rate, they said because they pay interest on any cash which they keep in on store..which was very strange. I went on to another exchange shop (next to flight center) where they offered me correct rate for that day so if you exchange money in this shop do your home work or they will rip you off

::I ordered $500 worth of Bali money on a Saturday and it was ready to collect by the Sunday. I was surprised by how easy the website was to use and the speed my order was processed. I wasn't going to collect it until the following week but with a quick phone call was advised I could come and collect it straight away! Super happy customer and would highly recommend Travelex to anyone thinking of changing some money before they go away. Received a really good exchange rate too. My transaction was done through Cannington.

::Absolute scam, Darker lady told me about the Travelex cash passport, told me I can get this $30 bonus cash on my card if I go online and register.. 1. The link for the page doesn't work and 2. There's no where to register on the home page of Travelex and 3. You need to put a minimum of $2,000 on your card. (Found a link on another page) I put $1,500 NZ dollars on my card which came up to something like $1,700 AUD dollars and she gave me the details and said just go online and your get your $30. It's not the $30 I'm annoyed about its the principle of telling me all about how good this card was and the bonus money. It's not like she was even a trainee she knew everything about everything. So no bonus money and not every cafe in NZ takes card we had to get cash out anyway. But yet according to her everywhere takes card get the Travelex card.
