::My partner was recommended Troy's services by a friend and we could not have been more pleased with the service received. Troy and my partner worked closely together discussing ideas and sharing designs. Personal touches were made throughout and at the end of the experience I was surprised with the most breath taking ring I had ever laid eyes on. I met with Troy a few times to discuss ideas for my partners engagement ring. He listened and took in all the requirements I had imagined to go into the ring and then went away and came back with the most amazing ring I could of ever wished to give to my partner. The detail and creativity he put into the ring was second to non. He met all the details she wanted in the ring whilst creating a real unique and special piece of Jewellery. ::Troy did an amazing job of my engagement ring! I wanted something classic and timeless, but a design that would do justice to the beautiful rock going in to it! After a lot of guidance and trust in Troy, he designed and made the most perfect ring I could ever hope for!! I would absolutely recommend Troy to anyone looking for something special and unique. ::3 months ago, I came across Troy's web page whilst looking for a men's wedding ring. I fell in love with one of his designs and thought to contact him via email. I was so glad that I did! Troy replied promptly and professionally despite the fact he was probably busy with many other projects. He was very helpful and friendly but it was a little difficult to fully convey what I was looking for by just email. A month later, opportunity arose and I made a trip all the way to his shop in Sydney from Central Queensland and Troy was very accommodating with his time for me (I only gave him 2 days noticed!) and we sat down and discussed every detail of the ring. Troy was very patient, and very knowledgeable and I highly recommend anyone, whether you know nothing about jewellery or you have some idea, to go and talk to him. One sitting with him and I was confident in what I want and what he was able to produce within my budget. I also really enjoyed the fact he doesn't "choose" his customers (at least not to me!) whether it is a simple ring or one that might cost a house deposit, he gave his 100% to me and made me felt like he can't wait to work on my ring. He was very fair with his price and wasn't pushy at all. The ring was delivered on time and it was absolutely amazing and beautiful, just as I had pictured in mind. All in all, I had a great experience as a first time buyer and would definitely be going back to Troy in the future. Many thanks, Troy, for everything again!! You're awesome!!
