  Jeff and Brett have done building and pest inspections for us for two properties now. (the first one fell through due to issues with termites) The service was fantastic, they were both very friendly, incredibly thorough and honest and upfront about everything that they found. They were fast to arrive at the inspection time and the report came through very quickly. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing a building and pest inspections.

  I would highly recommend Twinspectors. Used twice and both reports were invaluable, in one instance where major and costly defects were avoided and in the other where the report assisted in a purchase that I'm now completely satisfied with. Marco and Jeff were honest, on time, detailed and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't be happier with the service provided from all of the team and have happily referred to friends who have also purchased a home after consulting with Twinspectors. Very happy!

  I would definitely use these guys again. They operate in a team of two, and this gives them a good ability to perform their work more efficiently and safely, when compared to a single person inspection. I was there during the inspection, and they performed a very comprehensive inspection of the property, and worked together. The inspectors were very friendly and took their time to explain the defects they discovered. They used advanced tools (moisture detection and infra red measurements) to back their findings. They also produced an additional report with pictures pointing out each defect with comments on each picture. If i were to be picky, I would recommend them to improve the layout of their main reports, to make it a bit easier to read. Overall I was very impressed, as they managed to find several major defects, and safety issues which did not even occur to me. They also appear to have a good knowledge of the Australian standards.
