  WHAT A JOKE!!!!! This is the BIGGEST RIP OFF service centre IN MACKAY!!!! Not even worth 1 star! After servicing the vehicle a week and a half ago and agreeing to an additional quoted $600 worth of work for an ordered part, was told that it would be $900 because ‘the supplier quote was not for the right type of vehicle’ then apparently the cylinder busted and was an additional $200 (cannot possibly imagine how after the initial service it sat in the yard until the new part arrived!!!!), ended up costing $1122 BUT WAIT... THEN THEY CHARGE A 50c SURCHARGE MINIMUM FOR EFT TRANSACTIONS!!!!

  Unfortunately bieng polite doesn't make up for poor communication and a horrible underquote of a job that should have been picked up in a service the week before.

  The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. The service was quick and they gave a good explanation of what has been done.

  Can't give zero stars unfortunately. Unfriendliness of the staff which I never experienced before, laziness and tardiness and over all the unreasonable price - way to expensive for this service.
