::The best aquarium pet store in CBD

::A couple of weeks ago witnessed lots of sick fish and dead fish in the tanks. Stuff had no clue and did not care. 2 days ago all peachy. I guess, the impression depends on whether you come before or after the tanks had been serviced and the stock replenished. Considering the location of the shop, they have no competition in a popular spot, so sales are good no matter what.

::Visited today. All display tanks were spotlessly clean. Fish all healthy. Not a sick or distressed fish in the place. Welcomed by 'the owner'. I cannot understand the negative comments that have been posted here.

::Even the fish at nearby Vic market are fresher than theirs. The whole business is extremely brutal to animals, customers and staff. Most snake water bowls were dry. Fish and ornaments overcrowd the tanks and they took forever to scoop out the fish for us. Decomposing dead fish piled up, fighting fish are kept in small jars without a filtration system and apparently having alga boom. I told them their turtle was stuck in the filter but they just ignored that, so caught up in blabbering “knowledge “to already annoyed customers. Despite this, I just desperately wanted to be served, pay for my item and leave. A man who claimed to be the manager kept interrupting and insulting an elder staff at counter, while two other employees just sleazily judged a female customer’s ass. Gross.
