  I've been to UprightCare for Yoga classes and Physio, they have a great space and are experts in aerial Yoga. I highly recommend their practice to help with aches and pains, and provide a thorough plan for improvement.

  I went to Larry eight years ago after having trouble with lower back pain for 30 years. He was the first physio to avoid invasive procedures and set me up with a simple set of stretches which have worked brilliantly. Only taking 10 minutes a day. I go see him every 18 months and he never insists on repeat business, unlike some other back pain specialists. I could not recommend him highly enough. Also he is a great bloke.
