  I recently purchased two sofas from Urban Rhythm and the customer service was exceptional. Lindy at the Nunawading Store helped me choose the fabric and had swatches sent out so that I could see the fabrics out of the store. We also chose cushions to accent the suite. I wanted a 'deco' club chair look so had wooden arms added. I am absolutely delighted with the final product. It did take 12 weeks from the time of order but it was definitely worth the wait. Even the delivery guys were awesome and took care of my new delivery without a hassle. Thank you for such a pleasurable experience and congratulations on a job well done.

  Great furniture. Beautiful wood used. Locally made. You can suggest changes to their furniture including fabric choice. I bought table, I went for the top of one table with altered legs of another and slightly shorter. The crafts person did a fantastic job. I love it. Clearly they employ artisans as it turned out better than I hoped. I would have given 5 stars but the delivery time can vary hugely -around 8 weeks and you don't find out til a few days before they are ready to deliver. Also shop around for a staff member who will support your creative vision. It's worth the effort.
