  I have been to the Consulate on visa matters a number of times over the past few years. On each occasion I have found the staff to be courteous and knowledgeable. Also the necessary processing has been carried out in a timely manner. Thank you.

  Service Bad. .. 6 weeks waiting and still no interview to replace lost green card... Family and home in US ..Bureaucracy way too slow ..outsourced to Philippines... cost to replace flights and stranded accommodation.. not good

  trying to get help to fill out visa application and all i get is a recorded message that dose not help at all.

  In order to work there, a degree of some sort should be required...Staff are very undereducated and have know clear understanding of policy or law...oh wait, that's the US...ha

  The staff, though courteous, are often unfamiliar with how to process routine consular paperwork.
