::I've been using this Vet West for years and they have always been fantastic with both of my dogs. My older dog was diagnosed with diabetes. It was wonderful that they gave me tips and taught me how to home test his blood glucose so I didn't have to bring him in every time to have a glucose curve. Since spending an entire day at the vet is stressful for the old guy, this to me says they care more about the animal than making money off the illness.

::Reception staff & nurse were friendly and helpful. We brought our cat in who was treated by Fran the Vet. Fran thoroughly explained what needed to be done and why. Was a very good experience. Quick and easy to book an appointment too, we rang around 11am and got an appointment for 3:15pm the same day.

::Can’t recommend this place enough. Took my cat Vlad in, on a public holiday, after a giant abscess on his chin developed overnight. Staff were lovely, kind and communicated well. I had to pay a deposit, that was the bottom end of the price range I was given for the treatment... When I returned to collect him, all fixed and much happier, the fee came in at less than I’d paid, and so I actually got a refund. This shows incredible integrity on their part. They could easily have had me pay quite a bit more, and I’d have been none the wiser, but instead they refunded me a portion. So good to know that there are places out there that are honest and which don’t take advantage of the customer. Outstanding work VetWest! Thank you, from Rob and Vlad.
