  A fine hotel located 10min tram away from CBD. I had 3 nights, and all staff were very friendly and havent had any issues. The location is very convenient and somewhat tranquil due to the large park spread across from the hotel. I gave 4 stars only because the bed in my room felt very cheap and uncomfortable. But it comes with the price. I highly recommend this place for any travelers. There's a convenient store(7 eleven) just about 7min walk from the hotel as well.

  Staff were friendly and so helpful. perfectly situated close to Zoo and city with Tram stops nearby. Thank you and look forward to coming back again.

  I had to attend a course there for the weekend. I like the location of the hotel. Very close to the city and the park. The tram is right in front of the hotel. The parking space is adequate. The staff is friendly and the toilet is clean.

  I have been staying at what is now called The Vibe Hotel for over 30 years. Originally The Royal Parade motor inn. Situated in Parkville. A couple of minutes walk to a tram stop, that takes you directly into the city of Melbourne. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome when checking in. The hotel is opposite a football stadium and to the city's zoo.

  Excellent clean really nice helpfull staff. Went out of there way to get me into a room early. I was coming from night duty. Staying tonight. Very welcoming. I would stay again. Parking good. Nice environment.
