  The customer service at this store is absolutely disgusting. The first time we went in to purchase our wedding band, the staff ignored us and had to be asked to serve us. Then today when we went in to collect the band, the lady sat there on Facebook while we stood right in front of her waiting to be served. Pretty heartbreaking considering they're supposed to encompass the happiness associated in weddings and engagement.. wouldn't recommend them if they were the last jewelry store on earth.

  Some staff seem oddly predatory, like theyre running a market stall. Others politely ask and leave you to browse. Theyre also a bit argumentative when customers try to make a choice. Good range of watches though.

  Yesterday I took my Skagen watch to the repair counter in Queen St and asked the repair guy to change the battery. He took the watch, fiddled with a gadget and the watch then told me the battery was fine so, in his opinion, the watch needed a service. He quoted $160. I said it was too much then he offered to take it as a trade-in on a watch in the store. I thought that odd so said no deal. Today I took the watch to a watch repair in Toowong. It cost $16.50 for a new battery and the watch is running now fine. Go figure

  Very disappointed My Partner and I have spent a lot of money over the years with this Company and the Head Sales person tonight Laura treated us terribly.. I dont know if she had a Bad day but My Partner bought a new watch and the sales lady was Rude, Pushy and didnt want to be there... A real Shame we will be shopping elsewhere in the future...

  Where is my watch? I took my watch there just to replace for a new battery on 16 Dec 2016, and I still haven't been able to get it back. I had been there once in Jan 2017 and they told me the parts was on its way. I have also called last week once and twice yesterday, but no one had called me back to give me an update. When I spoke to them last week, I clearly told them that I was going overseas, so I need to get it back this weekend. So I will have to follow up today again, hopefully they will at least speak to me.
