unfortunately, I visited your store last night to purchase a pair of shoes that I had previously tried on at the Charlestown store, I was offered great help by friendly staff. However, at the kotara store I was ignored and hardly acknowledged for over 10 minutes, I left empty handed and disappointed as I was planning on buying a $170 pair of shoes.
