  I've been training with Gav, Callum and the rest of the crew for the last 5 months. Started with the HIT and now learning Jiu Jitsu. The whole crew are awesome and you'll be challenged but will always come back because they make it so easy to fit in!!

  I've been training at wards for over a year now. I've been to many gyms in my time but none that have the knowledge and skills that the trainers at wards have. Callum and Gavin are both top class athletes. Being trained by guys that are some of Australia's best competing athletes you know you will get the best advice and knowledge that you need to get results. And the fact they're both legends to deal with makes the gym feel like a second home. Highly recommend training with guys at wards gym. Thanks lads 👊🏼

  Great set up with plenty of variety in the workouts. Friendly place to get fit with something for everyone regardless of ability or fitness level.

  I've been to a few gyms around the world and this one nails it. The Ward brothers are excellent trainers and seem to know exactly the right time to give advice and feedback. Its a very supportive environment and a great little community full of great people. I've lost a bucketload of weight and have become much stronger. This is Crossfit at it's best.
