  It's heritage features are well kept, easy to get to but my one qualm would be the gap between the platform and train, it's quite big and dangerous for short people and children, if they fix that then the rating would be higher

  It was pretty nice and old fashioned, but I’d suggest that you’d open the waiting room on platform 2 again And also nice trains!

  Dirty smelly train station. Less needles than normal, must of been just cleaned.

  STATION ON THE HURSTBRIDGE AND SOUTH MORANG LINES very convenient for the Vietnamese restaurant and shopping strip along Victoria Street. Most (but not all) trains stop at West Richmond. Also its an elevated platform with ramp and stairs so may be a bit of struggle if mobility impaired.
