  Worst place ever! We brought a car from here last July only to have problems happen over the months and having to pay an extra $1000 to fix them! Haven’t been able to drive the car for 3 months due to so many problems! These people are thieves! Crooks! Dodgy scum and like to rip people off! Thanks for nothing! DO NOT BUY FROM WESTGATE MOTORS!!!!!

  I bought a car recently there. It was not a good experience at all. Before the payment, I was promised that the car would be detailed and cleaned and all those scratches would be removed. Eventually it was a lie and even worse, when I picked up the car, it was even dirtier than the day I purchased it. I knew I should have complaint it but as it was my first time to buy car, I didnt know how I should respond. Another thing is that when I inspected the car, the mat for the boot was missing. but I was promised that I would get a new one within a week. Again another lie. I have to wait two weeks for the mat, and whenever I asked about why I have to wait so long, the salesman replied that he was ordering a new one from Honda Japan, but failed to give an order recipe. Until then, I kept requesting to have my order recipe and finally next day he informed me that I could pick up my mat. Unfortunately, the one I got was from the previous owner, not a new one as he promoised. Not only the boot mat, I was also, again, promised that I would get my full service history soon. However, I also wait so long for the service history, and the salesman kept telling me that he was ordering, not until I kept asking him why did it take long to get a service history booklet from the previous buyer. I was willing to recommend this place, but unfortunately I didn’t receive a good customer service, and the only thing I did receive was a brunch of lies from the salesman. What a pity.

  2 words best sum up my experience at Westgate Motors, Professional and Helpful. Sam really went out of his way to make the process simple and clear for me. I could tell other dealerships were telling me storeys to try and sell me, so I went to Westgate Motors because I knew they had been around for a long time and probably rely on their reputation, and I would recommend them to anyone.

  Thank you to the team at Westgate motors for my new car, was one of the easiest purchases I’ve made. From shopping around a few car dealerships as soon as I arrived here I had one of the lovely workers Omar guide me around to see what car was right for me, he was very attentive and efficient overall the service was great and would definelty go back. They have a massive range of cars so would Highly recommend Westgate motors for anyone looking for a nice car at a good price!

  We have been going to Westgate motors for a few years for both our family car and work cars. Sam always goes above and beyond to help us not only get the right car for what we need ( awesome price too) but also to get the right finance. The whole team is very friendly , welcoming and understanding I would recommend to anyone these guys we have always gotten safe and reliable cars and they have customers for life with us !!
