  Whatever happened to friendly customer service Westpac? You obviously need to brush up on this skill. Not much of it at your west end branch. The staff there are often rude and make you feel extremely unwelcome. Unfortunately I've been a customer for 15 years and nothing has improved over the years. Still the same rudeness and lack of customer care. I hate going in to make my deposits and would def choose another bank if I had a choice.

  Quick and helpful. Has underground parking too so very easy for in n out on the way to work
