  Usually such good staff... Then today I was ignored and not listened to whilst placing an order at fish counter. Andrew, a manager who I located easily... demonstrated perfectly how to deal with a service delivery failure. Thank you for the box of chocolates and best wishes for the festive season. If only everyone was as proactive as Andrew in their service delivery. I’d been having a dreadful day... and Andrew made it better.

  Easy parking, lots of stuff Charlestown & Kotara woolies doesn't stock, in and out in under 10mins.

  this has to be the best store I've been to. It's always tidy and clean. My favourite spot is the coffee bar. the staff makes my coffee every morning with a smile and filled to the rim. Tracey always makes me feel happy when she serves me. Good job guys, I'll be back every day. Love my coffee especially made with love. ♥
