  Located inside City Arcade Centre, the Woolies here can get a bit congested at times but if you come outside peak hours it's not too bad. At times they are not very quick at opening new registers when lines build up but it is still a good place to shop. Cheaper than Coles!   Good range and does clearance of stock often. My one week stay only cost me $30 in food and drinks. Thanks Woolies!

  Very clean and well presented supermarket. Fresh produce is always well displayed and in prime condition. A great range of groceries, especially international and health food range. Easy access and great parking.

  Nice new Woolworths store bang in the centre of town. Parking here is limited if busy but there is paid parking on the street. Good bakery selection and the meat section is bigger than usual.

  For Townsville, very impressed with the range of products. More vegan cheese than most in Melbourne. Yet of course being this far north, prices are 50%+ what I'm used to in Melbourne. Otherwise a perfectly fine supermarket. Interesting on the pricing front, that I'm finding alcohol is in most cases cheaper - so why? Capitalism at work!
