  I have been to the DFO store 3 times now only because it is close to home. Every time I have gone there the staff are rude and unhelpful. I refuse to go back to this store. If you want EXCELLENT customer service I highly recommend to go to the Civic store, the gentleman there will go above and beyond to help in any way they can. An example is I required 5 vests for my wedding, DFO said "No sorry, everywhere is out of stock" as this was my 3rd visit I did not believe her so I called Civic and spoke to them and he said "I will ring a few stores and call you straight back" and within in 5 minutes he called back and had sourced the vests I need and it was no trouble at all he just made a few phone calls. DFO are useless and I have submitted a formal complaint about the service they provide there!!

  Had to return a pair of pants today. They made the process as difficult as possible. First of all endless questions about why I was returning it when their return policy clearly states 'change of mind' returns, though I had legitimate reasons. I was then offered another pair of pants for the same price, so I agreed, but after trying it on and confirming that I liked it and wanted to buy it they changed their mind about the price and increased the price on the spot, so ended up getting a refund eventually and leaving the store with no intention of going back. Overall, difficult and rude staff with no customer service skills at all. Try one of their other stores if you have to and hope for friendlier and more helpful staff :-)
