  Lovely range of garments, at very reasonable prices. Purchased a pair of gold sandals in the UK and only noticed back home in Australia when taking off the tags that one was a 39 and the other a 40 : ( I have tried to get some response from anyone at Zara but keep getting fobbed off. I purchased a pink pair of satin shoes in Australia, the last pair with a mark on one shoe. I asked the cashier to note this on the receipt should I need to exchange this. The manager refused advising I was aware of the mark and am purchasing "as is" Thankfully I did not need to go through the Spanish inquisition as they fitted. Pity Zara makes you feel like a criminal when trying to legitimately return an item, and have no accountability when purchasing.
