  I had the pleasure of being served by the wonderful staff at Nerang store on Saturday. Donny took my order and went above and beyond to ensure my mother had everything she needed. And the girls making the coffee were chirpy and friendly and an absolute delight. So impressed with the service we received.

  Great atmosphere . Ordering and comprehension of specific detail of an order requires some revisiting if trained. Double check your order before settling for your consumable. Ie coffee no cream.

  Sometimes there is a long wait through Drive through as the cars back up but it's very convenient as it's just off the M1

  I love Zarraffas as a rule but this drive-thru and coffee shop has always been a bit of hit and miss. Sometimes you get a good coffee, sometimes you don't. The staff at the back making the drive-thru coffee seem to be having a social event rather than working and making a decent coffee. I don't bother to stop here anymore.

  This review is based on the idea that this is mass produced coffee... A large chain... not a small locally owned store. The staff here, are usually very friendly and helpful. Smiling and decent service 95% of the time. Coffee is pretty good for a chain... And they have some decent food options. And the drive through is a plus.
