  Ziera has to be one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I purchased a pair of $250 shoes online, using the provided sizing specifications, only to find that they were at least a full size too small - not to mention how narrow they were. I contacted customer service for advice as to whether they would likely loosen-up with wear, or whether I should simply return them. I was told that I should have bought from a store, as opposed to online, as the style may not have been right for me, and that, because I had worn the shoes, I could not return them for a refund. Now I’m out $250 - thanks.
