  I went to visit a friend at the office and I encountered a rude security guard named Drago. More like Dragon. He seemed to question why I was there repeatedly and seemed uncultured and rude to patrons on site. It's definitely a bad reflection and image and not something that you'd expect from Zurich being a professional company.

  Tried to cancel my Life Insurance policy which took them a couple of weeks. In the meantime they took another payment from my account and are now refusing to refund the payment.

  Please do not trust your international travel insurance to Zurich Insurance. I suppose that is why you get it free with your credit card purchase because that is what it is worth. You provide them with a Police report, photos of the jewellery and they deny the claim, then offer you half the value of the value of jewellery and after the excess you receive a third of the value of your goods. Shame, Shame, Shame Westpac and Zurich Insurance, I am glad I do not have my house or car insured with Zurich. Make sure you check your travel insurance before you leave Australia
