::Horrid experience. Its old, moldy and poorly kept - some of the lights in the lift didnt work and it wasnt changed. The front counter experience varies from cold i hate my job to some decent service. Unless if you REALLYneed to be in Surry Hills, if not take your money and spend it elsewhere.

::Comfortable and reasonably clean despite age of building. Bathrooms average. Excellent location, staff helpful and friendly.

::Really lovely stay on the weekend. The rooms are so spacious. Loved the balcony overlooking crown St. Great location. The gym was a small room but had all the basics. Parking was convenient. It was nice having two televisions. There could have been more drinks variety. Would have loved a pod coffee machine. Room was very modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

::Great customer service! Staff were always very helpful and on hand to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms were immaculate, spacious and sophisticated giving a feel of luxury without the added price tag. The Adina is Located close to public transport not that it was needed much as it is on the main street of Surry hills where the best restaurants and bars are located. Will definitely be back!
