  Amazing service and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. For a P plater like myself he definitely made the search for a rental car possible and painless. Will most certainly be going back next time I’m in the area!

  Had an amazing experience with this company, had a look into red spot and went with all age so really compare these two companies. They made it so easy to hire a car. walked in and was greeted straight away. The car was very clean. Staff were very welcoming. Very happy with their service. Highly recommend this company. They do take an amount from your account but you do eventually get it back just depends on what bank you go with and how quickly they release it back into your account. but overall me and my partner had a great experience hiring a car from this company. Thank you for making it so easy... :)

  These guys came to our rescue when we were stranded by another company who didn’t inform us that the car hire place we booked through them does not accept probationary drivers! Fantastic customer service, great car and so easy to deal with, we couldn’t be more grateful. Provided us with a cheap car and a good deal with about an hours notice and saved our holiday. Thank you!!

  I was there at the Car Hire Company when the Cur Brothers (Nathan Ker and Jordan Ker) came in to return their car and were rude as anything to the Staff present there who were serving me at the time. At no stage was the staff either rude or racial towards the brothers who misbehaved at the counter. It turned out that the Cur Brothers were angry as they wanted to leave their hire car in another city and wanted the car rental company to collect the car from there without either having made any arrangements or paying any relocation fees and which the Staff told them could not be done. In fact, one of the Cur Brothers boasted about studying law in Brisbane made extremely racial statements towards Australia and service in Australia claiming they were Kiwis living here and such refusal would not be accepted in New Zealand. I must say that if I was the staff, I would have turfed them out. However, they were lucky that the Staff Members checked in the vehicle and let them leave without saying anything. As an onlooker, and reading their claims, I must say that it is incredible how people can make all sorts of wild claims as most companies are unable to right the wrongs that they suffer at the hands of such people. I will continue to use this Company and recommend them to my friends. On the return of my vehicle, the Staff were quite upset when I asked them how it went and as a result of seeing honest hardworking people being treated in this manner, I thought I would right the wrong. The language in the Cur Brothers reviews should confirm what I saw that day as to who was being racial and abusive. I did ask the Staff Member about what Consumer Affairs had said and I was shown the file and there was no mention or anything from Consumer Affairs at all. Based on what I witnessed, and the behaviour of the harassed Staff, I would not believe a word of the Cur Brothers at all. In fact, I would refuse them service if I ever saw them at my place of business. I was not aware that these two scammy brothers had posted the same all over the net. Hence my response as what I had posted earlier elsewhere.
