  Remarkably poor & unprofessional service. Had to wait over 1hr to receive some service and one more hour for the car to be washed. May be a cheap service but not time-worthy.

  The least professional service I have ever received. I was left waiting for my shuttle at the airport for an hour and a half. Making me late for my appointment in Melbourne. When Picking up my vehicle, The petrol tank wasn't full. When returning my vehicle, after waiting 30 mins to be served, nobody could find my paperwork. I waited another 10 mins before I could go and as a result, almost missed my flight home. The plane was boarded as I arrived at the airport. Then, 2 months later I received a phone call saying my account wasn't paid. I tried to call back to rectify the issue and was told there was nothing outstanding or wrong with my account. 3 months later, I receive a letter in the post with an account overdue notice and notice of referral to a debt collector. This by far has been the worst service I have ever used.

  I hired a 4wD for a family trip to Melbourne from Adelaide. I booked online and later called to confirm if my booking is confirmed and can take interstate. The pick up day I went there to pick up the car and about to sign the paperwork I was told the insurance I was getting just covered SA not VIC. I was shocked as being a regular customer of Atlas and booked every time I went to NSW and ACT without restrictions on those insurance policy. I request the counter girl if I can spoke to someone who can spoke to someone then she put me on to someone named Ben or something who called himself so called boss but don’t have any professionalism and very rude when I request him if there is any way I can get the insurance covered even I can pay extra whatever it costs. He is like if you like get the car or just leave it. I have been planning this holiday for long and booked the car couple of weeks ago. And now they just ruined my holiday’s first day as I have to struggle to get another car with other rentals. What a unprofessional people in the industry. Don’t care about customers. Never gonna book with them again

  All, Please be aware of several things. 1. When you book this company through a third party Website there is no advice that an after hours airport transfer fee will apply until they send you the confirmation email which is too late. 2. The call centre is overseas and extremely difficult to deal with. Just reading a script and common sense does not apply. 3. They take $1000 bond and then will not refund for up to 14 days which is ridiculous in this day and age and I am sure it is a bank interest play. 4. They refuse to supply an invoice for toll charges for up to 6 weeks, they blame a third party for this but upon contacting the third party directly, who have significantly better communication skills than the Atlas call centre you are advised that the third party are in fact waiting for Atlas to supply the info. 5. Most of the staff at their actual pickup location seem to have inadequate training and are very unsure about what the whole process involves. All of this has compounded into a terrible experience with this business and the Tullamarine office in particular and I will be paying the extra $20 per day to use a reputable company next time. Only one star as Google will not let me post this with zero stars.

  A appeared to be a small business in it's infancy. The pricing made the choice simple. Even more impressive was the staff not overcome by the limited resources truly made you feel a part of the experience
