  Visited the Bathurst yard last week in our early stages of looking for a van with the in-laws. The gentleman who spoke with us was very professional, took the time to listen and learn what we were looking for, and explained how the process works for purchase, service, etc. Excellent service!

  Ordered new van here last year.. was told it would be here by end March as i needed a van in April and left old van there as trade. Now being told no van till May. Not happy. I hope at least they can help with Motel costs.

  Brought Avan at Penrith where we live , but due to changed circumstances after purchase van is now stored at Bathurst. We were told it could be serviced at Bathurst by Penrith . When we contacted Bathurst we were told they are only a sales branch and did no warranty repairs or servicing of van , take it Penrith. Disappointed.

  In February 2016 I purchased a new Avan Aspire 499 pop top from Richard Seligman at Avan Penrith NSW . The sales process was seamless , professional , highly informative and importantly to me , very comfortable . ( And I got a good deal ! ) Today , 14/10/2017 , I was driving through Bathurst on my way back home to Sydney ( from Darwin via Perth ) and knowing Richard was looking after their dealership there I dropped in to say hello and to let him know that my Avan has been right around the whole of Australia , a long long way believe me , without a fault . Can't beat that . Gavin
