Happy with the buy. However, zero after sales service. No phone calls were ever returned. Promised everything and delivered nothing. Vehicle bought with damaged fuel cap with promise of replacement. Vehicle bought with 30k service “done” but was not. After phone calls and personal visits I’ve realised I’m being fobbed off and the best I can do is write this report.

Took 7 months to fix a major mechanical fault with the vehicle. To quote the manager Stephen, "Its not my car so it's not my problem." Worst after sales service of any business I've ever dealt with

Salesmen Jay was good, easy to deal with. The Service and warranty process is a joke, owned the car for less than two weeks and already need to get it repaired. I was told it was serviceable item by the so called “manager”. Even though the mechanic advised it should Be covered under warranty.. a mechanic who’s job is to fix a car and make money was willing to give the job up because he believed the dealer should cover it.... Not impressed considering I flew interstate and drove 12 hours back to make this deal work. Regardless, an official complaint has been raised to the ACCC to manage this for me. Not going to waste my time dealing with a company who doesn’t care about the after sales service aspect at all.

We purchased a `top-end` vehicle from this dealer on the 30 June 2017 and whilst still within the `dealership guarantee (warranty) period and with them having prior knowledge, we had a passengers window defect repaired by another authorised dealer (as we don't live in Bathurst) only to be told by Stephen who works there that he wasn't going to honour the warranty for the repair due to a number of reasons that made no sense, such as (1) "It was superficial" - although that only applies to paint and upholstery; (2) "I didn't have the repairs carried out at their dealership" - which we legally don't have to, & (3) "That I need to read sections 62, 63, 64, 72 & 73 of the Motor Dealers & Repairers Act 2013" - which we have and have absolutely nothing to do with this issue! (It helps if their own staff are conversant with these sections). Clearly in breach of the signed and agreed `Form 5` as well as contrary to the Australian Consumer Law. Fair Trading now involved. BEWARE OF SUCH TACTICS AND TAKE THEM ON IF YOU'RE RIGHT as it appears that they will try to negate their legal obligations under the Act. I told Stephen that two things were going to happen by tonight; 1. Fair Trading would become involved (which they now are) & 2. The truth of the way that a customer of theirs has been treated would be posted as a review which we also have. I informed Stephen that they were my intentions to which he replied, "Go ahead", so I have. Poor after-sales care of it's customers. Very disappointing! I would hope that not all dealers are like this!! *******(28.07.17) - Furthermore, I've since read the response from Steve Muggleton (Sales Manager) who was WRONG AGAIN! Scott did contact the dealer twice prior to the work being carried out. He spoke with Nick and Cameron on different dates. Also, the work DOES NOT need to be carried out at the dealership. It can be carried out at any licensed mechanic and on this occasion, it was performed at our local Holden dealership. Due to the fact that the matter had been escalated through Fair Trading, the Dealer Principal Sean Sloane honoured the repair as per the Australian Consumer Law (Thank you Sean) so as not to further exacerbate this matter. It's a shame that their sales manager speaks and treats people (customers) this way. Nick was great though and was very professional, however, the same cannot be said about Steve. Shameful.

We bought a vehicle from this yard in April 2017, Right from the start the sales process and salesman were absolutely fantastic. They carried out their duties very professionally and included my wife and children in the process as well. Our sales person Matt, along with his manager Stephen were faultless. First time I've been able to purchase a vehicle and laugh at the same time. Second vehicle now Iv purchased from Stephen and would happily do so again tomorrow. We had a couple of things needed which were identified and met, everything was fixed or replaced without a drama. Thank you again for a great experience 👍
