  Customer Service was fantastic!! I have never had a car rental go so smoothly and the mini van we hired was so clean. Very helpful staff and nothing was an issue. Will definitely hire from here again. Well Done and keep up the great work.

  Hired out a small removal truck. Truck was clean, drove well and fairly priced. Unfortunately I had an accident in the truck and scraped the side of the body. The staff were incredibly fair and reasonable with the damages and turned what could have been a nightmare into a minor inconvenience. Highly recommended!

  Worst consumer service I have ever received Owner completely rude, aggregate and dismissive of the 5 weeks business we hd already given them and the 10weeks business which was booked in. Will NEVER use AVIS OSEBORNE PARK again. THRIFTY across the corner are great!

  This has to be by far the WORST rental hire car company I have ever dealt with! When I first got my car they held $100 which apparently was meant to get refunded back to me once I took the car back. A week has gone by since I returned the car and they claim they never debited $100 out of my account. It was probably the money fairies hacking my account again and taking $100. The manager/owner of this company should probably go refresh his business skills ad he clearly doesn’t know how to run one of his own. This company are con artists and should not be allowed to touch peoples credit/debit cards because according to them “YOU NEVER PAID”
