  Fantastic helpful and knowledgeable staff. Anna provided the perfect service allowing my partner and I to design our dream engagement ring from scratch picking everything from the setting to the diamond on top. Resulting in Alex (one of the jewellers) creating the perfect ring for a fraction of the cost.

  This is a very capable manufacturing jeweller. Repairs to my wife's jewelery completed perfectly at no charge. I couldn't stop my titanium wedding band from falling off my finger but they came up with an inventive solution of a white gold inner band to make the ring inner diameter correct. Perfect result for a reasonable (but not cheap) price. 10 out of 10 would again!

  Brilliant staff, with a vast amount of knowledge on jewellery. Would definitely recommend for custom jewellery.

  We went in there with a budget and a design in mind. It was very busy and was sort of like a check out line of customers and people serving...Any questions i asked (knowing my diamonds) i was told that they were expensive and it was best to go for something else to keep the price down. She kept cutting me off and saying "hang on, let me get a price". She brought out a laminated sheet and she told me what i thought and which one i liked...i knew what colour and cut i wanted and it wasn't on the list, but yet to still pursued trying to get something different, which i assumed only made her job easier. We were willing to spend big money, but she was no help at all. I had to ask all the questions. She never even asked what our names were. In the end i got so frustrated and my partner made a point of asking her name and shaking her hand...she still did not ask our names. You lost a very good customer!
