  Amazing atmosphere, lovely owners, great teachers and positive vibes. Also only the original 90min Bikram classes. Won't go anywhere else. Feels like family.

  Awesome yoga at this studio. Great teachers, they really care about each individual and their practice. They are informative and follow up to make sure you have hydrated properly!! Classes are bloody hard but it is Bikram yoga lol

  I was visiting from Boston and tried this kind of hot yoga for the first time and I loved it!! The intructors were great at running the classes and correcting posture where needed, the whole experience was amazing!

  I have tried many different yoga studios over the years in the hope of finding one that fit me. I found many to be quite intimidating which defeated the purpose of practicing yoga. A girlfriend of mine suggested I try Bikram Yoga Fitzroy. From the moment I walked in, I knew I’d found the place for me. Michael and Susan run a welcoming and inclusive studio that attracts people of all ages, abilities and walks of life. I particularly love Michael’s ethos of “Doing the best you can with the body you have today”. The studio itself is spacious and the instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. I found the heat challenging initially but I’m so glad I persisted as the physical and mental benefits have been immense in all facets of my life. I cannot recommend Bikram Yoga Fitzroy highly enough. Ann Marie Holt

  Friendly and welcoming studio. Accepting of everyone and no pressure to be perfect, just to do 'the best you can with the body you have today'. The culture set by Susan and Michael is wonderful and clear to see in every aspect. BYF has excellent teachers who deliver quality classes. They are all different (as individuals will be) and every one of them is skilled and professional.
