  This is a great box with a great vibe. Quality coaches with great knowledge and the intensity you want from a workout. Its the hub for a terrific community and that's why i keep coming back.

  I have been training with CrossFit Victoria for nine months since relocating from England. I’ve been doing CrossFit for nearly three years and can without doubt say this is the best box I have trained at. Facilities are excellent, always kept clean and tidy with a good standard and good range of equipment. All the coaches on the rota are superb, all with a great knowledge of CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting and most have a further specialist subject, whether that be powerlifting, gymnastics, nutrition, weight loss (or gain!). I’ve seen huge improvements in all of my lifts and my gymnastic skills since joining and couldn’t be happier. On a more personal note, the positive, welcoming community atmosphere at CrossFit Vic has helped me settle in a new country and I’m very grateful to the staff and athletes at this wonderful gym.

  If you want expertly planned programming, and a supportive and inclusive community, then Crossfit Victoria is for you. I've been training with CF Victoria for 18 months now, and I've never been healthier, stronger, or felt more motivated. The coaches here at CF Victoria are exceptional, and the importance and focus they place on proper technique is what sets them apart from other boxes I've visited. The community that the head Coach and box owner, Scott Waugh has created, with the help of his genuine and friendly coaches makes all the difference. I've never felt more engaged or included, and the friendships that I've made are priceless and has enriched my CF experience. I would recommend CF Victoria to anyone looking for a box that really does tick all of the boxes.

  I've never become so fit, so fast! As a new person to Melbourne I joined Crossfit Victoria in 2012 and since then it's become a second home for me. The coaches and members are all so welcoming no matter what your fitness level is (and mine was very low when I started!). If you're considering having a go, their 'Elements' class is amazing and great fun! Very Highly Recommended.

  While I guess Cross Fit is associated with fitness maniacs, CrossFit Vic makes everyone welcome. The coaches are excellent, approachable and often entertaining. While you are working alongside absolute beasts - the coaches are always happy for you to scale your work out and put safety first. It's a fun community with good representation of girls and boys, young and slightly older.
