  Have always used Budget, no dramas, easy pick up and drop offs.

  When I hire cars I like to go to this place, I haven't had any issues, I'm always happy with the cars, and the staff are good

  I was talked to extremely rudely as soon as I had arrived, being told where I could not park. And then told that as a franchise they have different rules on charging customers, but then also told that they have the same policy internationally. Which is total rubbish since I have travelled internationally using budget. Left very unimpressed, and frankly angry for such terrible people skills. I Won't use budget in Australia, ever. Nor should you.
