  Received somewhat good service from Trifty this time since CBD Thrifty isn't a franchise as well I was more cautious about existing damages. But anyone looking to hire from Rocklea (Thrifty ) franchiser use more caution and do not expect good service

  Efficient and friendly. The car was in great condition. If anything, I would have liked to have the office open after midday, so that I could have returned the car in the evening rather than next morning. However it's no big deal.

  Thrifty car rental hands down is the best rental car company in Australia. Brand new vehicles, very reasonable off peak prices, unlimited kms with most vehicles except commercial vehicles, luxury vehicles & V8's. Staff are attentive & insurance options are second to none...

  The staff that served me was friendly and patiently explained everything I need to know on renting the vehicle before I took the keys. She was also helpful in noting down minor damages on the car before I collect the car and drove off. Returning of the vehicle was also easy, and the deposit was returned to me within 2 working days.
