  The shop is amazing full of good quality products and also affordable prices. The staff is professional and happy to assist when need help. Good shop has lots of products useful for household and excellent service so I will be back for sure for more pleasant shopping.

  Called Bunnings morley about storage containers only to be put on hold 3 times while being transfered each time by different staff members to another staff member who was from the incorrect area. Not only did I find the first lady to be short and rude about my question of the maximum litre containers available, but she made made feel uncomfortable with asking more questions. I then called bunnings in bayswater, the first lady this time tranfered me straight away to the right person. She was much more pleasant to speak to :D. Unfortunatley the second lady was much like Morley. I just hope my in store experience is better than on phone.

  Not impressed. Single woman getting flat pack shelves. Another shopper helped me get them into the trolley as no staff around. Nobody to help get them into my car. Then got them home to discover dowels missing from the kit. When I phoned for advice was told to bring them back for refund or exchange. Which is fair.. except there's no way I'll be able to get them back in the box or into my car. Now have to go shopping and hope I can find the right parts.

  It's ok. The trade area is very small but the team do the best they can with what they have. I guess having visited all the new huge warehouses, especially the converted Master's stores I'm spoilt. This would have been a big hardware store in the old days.

  Just went to morley store after checking online it said there has stock but when I went to store no one had any idea where the idea I wanted was and that was after waiting 20 minutes for help at the service desk. Went to new Bayswater store and was in and out in about 3 minutes with what I needed. Only problem is that you can't check is bayswater was products in store as there is no website for that location.
