Coffee good but Ham/Cheese Croissant bland, could've done with some Chutney on it? The Hospital itself was lacking a Gift Bar where you could purchase Cards, Gifts and Flowers? The Staff were very friendly and efficient!

Somebody recommended this nightclub however on arrival I was very unconvinced. When I asked for a pill test to make sure my pingers were of the highest quality they gave me a pregnancy test which I immediately failed. Also note that Dr Feelgood isn't their resident DJ but an actual doctor.

The hospital staff went above and beyond to help save my uncle's life. My uncle visited the hospital for a test. He was sent by the RAH as they didn't have the capacity to perform the test at the time. He went into cardiac arrest at during the test. The staff had performed CPR for what they said felt like 45 minutes. Way longer than they would perform CPR for patients. However, they hospital immediately took him into surgery. He has now made a full recovery.

Poor service. Eager to kick patient out of the hospital when he was in excruciating pain from a shoulder injury/accident. Didn't perform the x-rays properly. Turns out the injury was more serious than diagnosed at the hospital. Later discovered by a physio the next day that immediate specialist attention was needed to the seriousness of the injury. Surgery was also needed. Wakefield Hospital was clearly negligent and disappointing for a private hospital.

My parents have been patients in this hospital several times between them. My mother complained once while in ICU that staff were being noisy, but hey, laughing is a good thing. Cannot fault the care. Nurses on the general ward are rushing back and forth, always communicating well, explaining their priorities, always smiling and pleasant. The cleaners are respectful and consistent.Physios are helpful and professional. The food catering is very well organised. Thank-you Calvary Wakefield.
