  Terrible service and product knowledge. Complete waste of time dealing with these people. My consultant Max had no Idea what he was doing and he's been there 10 years OMG....

  Useless...Made a claim 2wks ago, still waiting to hear the verdict. Everytime I ring I am "transferred through" and wait that long it times out. My family have been with them 12yrs and multiple cars, glad to see they have loyality to customers too. Happy to take money but never want to give anything back, what I've paid alone they could afford a new car not just fix paint!!!

  REFUSED TO PAY with a loophole on page 17 policy 3.3 D section number 2.... after we pay $9000 a year Absolute joke of a company, not even worthy of one star.....

  Great service, very easy to deal with when making a claim, excellent turn around time for claim approvals. Also, have compared prices with other insurers and CGU always wins. Will always be a loyal customer.

  NEVER EVER CHOOSE THIS COMPANY! Terrible customer service! They have refused to pay me out after being a loyal customer for years! Dropped me like I was nothing and all I got was a terrible attitude!
